An easy to use kit to fold your existing bike.

Once folded your bike will:
- be small (109 x 79 x 42 cm for my MTB)
- stand securely
- be able to be laid down on its side
- have its dirty & sensitive parts inside
- be robust and no parts will damage each other
- roll nicely, like a trolley
In other words it will be a “convenient item” when using public transport. So you’re able to travel with the regular bike(s) you bought for a reason any time, from half-day trips to vacations. There is also usually no need to book a special spot for bikes in advance, making train travel more available, spontaneous, cheaper and more reliable.

Folding is doable in 10 minutes after initially installing 4 of the parts shown below. This is reduced to 9 minutes if you use quick release pedals like I do. It will take longer if your bike has wired lighting, a rack or big mudguards.
It works with almost any bike that fulfils the following 3 requirements:
- No cable routing through handlebar or headset
- 2 wheels of the same size
- 2 Through Axles (12 mm or 15 mm, Non-Boost or Boost) OR 2 QR Axles
What´s in the Box?

This is the whole kit for the Through-Axle-Version, weighing 289 g. Not all parts are used on any given bike so it will weigh even less when applied. For my MTB it weighs 261 g.

This is the whole kit for the QR-Version, weighing 282 g. You simply screw your existing QR axles into the sides of the axle. Again, not all parts are used on any given bike so it will weigh even less when applied.
Rinko Roller also comes with a manual (PDF, English or German) as well as a free copy of my ebook “Bikers Guide to the Bahn” (PDF and EPUB, German):

The bike spots described in the book are measured for Rinko Roller Pro.
The regular Rinko Roller will fit in about 1/3 of the spots. As a rule of thumb wherever there are several adjacent spots for Pro, one regular Roller will fit as well.
