Overview of the order process:
- You fill out this form and hit “Order” below
- I send you an email to discuss any open questions (for example shipping costs)
- (If we agree) I send you an invoice
- You pay the invoice
- I send you the selected product(s) and the accompanying manual(s)
- You are happy 😀
I am very much aware that there are nicer order processes and frankly I hate any site that makes me enter address info & pay an invoice instead of simply offering Apple Pay or something similar. However given that I´d rather invent more stuff and take it bikepacking than do web design this is how it´ll be for the foreseeable future. Make this process a pain point for me by ordering a lot and recommending my stuff to your friends and I´ll reconsider 😉
Regarding time of delivery: I always have one set of Rinko Roller (Pro) in stock. The whole process from initial contact via email (please check your spam-folder!) until the package arrives at your doorstep usually takes only about a week within the EU.
If I´m on vacation, if there are many orders in parallel or for accessories / upgrades (which I build only on request) it will take longer. If time of delivery is longer I´ll write that in the initial email. And even when on vacation I usually read email once a day, so you’ll get fast feedback in any case.
